If you’re traveling from the north of the M6, via J32, you’ll get onto Garstang Road at the Broughton roundabout and head straight towards town – our office is then on the right, opposite Moor Park.

How to claim for a personal injury car accident?
If you’ve been involved in a car accident and aren’t sure what to do. Please give us a call on freephone 0800 612 7 612 or complete the simply online form here. Don’t worry, we will not charge you if you call us. Free consultation is part of our service. We need information from you to consider your case.
What Is No Win No Fee?
No win, No Fee’ agreement, also known as a conditional fee agreement. This entitles you to claim compensation without having to pay for legal representation.
‘No Win, No Fee’ basically means that in the unlikely event of the claim not being successful, your solicitor will not charge any solicitor fees. If you win your claim, your solicitor will earn their fees and usually a success fee (bonus) from the opposing party, typically an insurance company, and you will be awarded the full amount of compensation.
Any other costs for instance; medical fees, expenses or loss of earnings will also be paid by the losing party.
Do I have to pay legal fees?
We practice our legal cases based on the terms of a ‘no win no fee’. That means you pay nothing. There are no fees. You only pay a fee upon the successful completion of a case. If you lose a case, you pay nothing. It is our decision if we choose to take your claim so the risk is with us. We tend to accept taking on a case if we think it has a reasonable chance of success.
How do I know if my case will be successful?
Your solicitor will tell you. We have to be up front and honest with you from the off. All we need from you are the details of the accident or injury – then we tell you if there is a possibility of success. Remember, we don’t want to waste our time too so we have your best interests at heart. None of this costs you a penny, all we ask is a little of your time to share the details with us.
How long does it take for an injury claim to come through?
Some cases are dealt with quickly in a matter of a few weeks, but others can be several months or several years. It depends on the type of claim and injury. Each type of injury has its own complexities. However, you will know relatively quickly, through your solicitor approximately how long your case may be. A common question asked is: “how long does it take for an injury claim from a car accident to come through?” Car accidents can sometimes be the more straight forward cases but again, not always, unfortunately.
How much compensation will I get for my claim?
We’re not avoiding the question of how much compensation you you get, we just don’t know. For example, two people involvd in the same accident will not get the same pay out as they might claim for different injuries. Then some people prefer to settle out of court but some prefer not to.
Thirdly, injuries are treated with different levels of severity. For example, spinal or brain and head injuries tend to be the more complex despite all claims having their own complexity. See our cases page where you’ll find examples of pay outs from real cases. One construction site worker recieved £100k compensation for a crushed arm, and one RTA victim got £35k.
How much compensation for car accident injuries?
As with the question above, we don’t know. Yes we SHOULD know BUT we won’t know about your individual case until you contact us. Then we can ascertain your case and judge it accordingly, then we can give you a clearer indication of how much compensation you may be entitled to.
